Job Description/Responsibilities

Sazerac’s Barrel Select internship program provides a variety of experiences within the business to prepare interns for a full-time position with the company. Interns will be responsible for leading improvement projects, managing work systems/processes, and support daily delivery of activities to directly contribute to company growth. They will also attend trainings, team meetings, and company events/outings to build relationships and key skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead improvement projects across organization (marketing, operations, experiences)
  • Own 1-2 key work systems/processes across program
  • Support daily activities to ensure successful delivery of needs
  • Develop key skills required to be successful at Sazerac
  • Actively seek out and participate in team/company activities

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in Marketing, Management, Business, or other related degree
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for learning and growing your marketing skill set
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic, hihgly motivated, self-starter
  • Related coursework
  • Must be 21
