Job Description/Responsibilities

The Sales Data Coordinator, based in Louisville, KY, will be responsible for US distributor reported data integrity and sales related master data. They will manage all master data within VIP SRS. In collaboration with IT, they will drive data enrichment and enhancement projects to advance reporting capabilities. They directly support the Sazerac sales teams with call point management, route management and data cleansing.

 

  • Use PDS to enhance performance within the company through evaluation, planning, and goal execution. Strive to constantly develop oneself as a valuable asset through personal and professional growth and attention to the position’s outcomes.
  • Supports the sourcing, analysis, integration, and management of North America sales data. Partner closely with current key vendor, Vermont Information Processing, on data integrity, timeliness, security and training. Facilitate continuous improvement in techniques and effectiveness, and manage cost-value. Partner with sales leadership to understand business needs and innovatively find solutions for data enrichment and refinement.
  • Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of North America depletion reporting, including manual audits of all distributors at least once per year. Partner with IT/Master Data team to ensure all customer and product metadata in Depletion reporting reconciles to Sazerac master data. Work with distributors to resolve discrepancies in reporting. Support maintenance of master data hierarchies to allow for depletion reporting data enrichment.
  • Ensure sales data is setup to manage & measure volume, distribution, velocity and programming activity in key accounts. Drive data transparency and controls for key accounts, including national and regional chains, targeted on premise accounts and Sales Execution team routes.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on US sales performance data. Work closely with depletion data cleansing vendor, field sales CRM vendor, and any other third party providers of sales data and data enhancement services. Translate technical requirements to non-technical internal and external stakeholders; understand details but simplify solutions. Manage user access for several hundred resources to related systems.
  • Establish and maintain systems and processes to manage and improve all Sazerac depletion data such that they meet both internal and external customer data requirements. This includes maintainenance of MDR (Market Development Representative) routing and callpoint management within VIP SRS and other internal tables as needed. Provide timely and accurate support to Field Sales teams. Support Sales Data Lead with data reconciliations and audits.
  • Manage and maintain complex master data model to ensure accuracy of US depletion reporting. Troubleshoot data discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and improve audits to promote data consistency and integrity.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time. 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with change in a fast moving environment,
  • Strong analytical & technical skills.
  • Detail Oriented 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
