Job Description/Responsibilities

                                               REMOTE OPPORTUNITY 

Data Synchronization is the electronic transfer of standardized product  information between trading partners and the continuous synchronization of that data over time. The Global Data Synchronization Associate is responsible for supporting the electronic data synchronization of all finished goods item information with our customers, other external parties and internal systems.

  • Keep current PDS reviews and drive skill development. Create a personal development plan to improve a skill/competency that will develop personal skills and improve personal performance.
  • Support development of policies and procedures to be used across all Sazerac facilities relative to Item Data creation, use, and management. Once approved, develop tracking to ensure we are operating under the agreed upon policies, standards and procedures. To include: Internal data auditing, external item data compliance feedback from Content Service Providers and customers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Kroger, SWS and others as requirements are made.
  • Support lead the efforts to evaluate best practices in the industry for operations management and reporting. Work closely with IT, Digital Shelf , Marketing, and Trade/Sales to continuously improve our systems.
  • Help support and improve all Sazerac item data and systems such that they meet both internal and external customer data requirements. Investigate and resolve issues identified on customer's data accuracy scorecards and content service provider reporting on an as needed basis while providing internal feedback and direction on Sazerac Item Master data governance.
  • Support a customer service culture within Sazerac master data function of delivering world class customer service to our internal / external customers. Meeting or exceeding all master data function customer service KPIs.
  • Support the maintenance of an integrated item data synchronization solution that communicates new items and item master changes electronically with our customers via GS1/GDSN or other digital connections. Gather knowledge and requirements for continuous use and maintenance of this system by working with GS1, 1WS, Retail Customers and Data Sync Systems vendors. Insure the system functions as needed to deliver data to meet customer time and accuracy requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate item digital content. Starting point: PIM System Master Data setup of accurate master data files in conjunction with the needs of internal and external requirements. This includes Core item specs, Nutrients, allergens, marketing, digital assets, Customer specific requirements, and reporting dimensions.
  • Support the continuous review of product content to reconcile discrepancies for delivering complete and accurate digital information to our internal and external customers.
  • Support the Master Data Team to ensure data is accurate and up to date. Recommend action plans to improve performance reporting to improve internal and external customer relationships.
  • Support the internal and external compliance requirements for digital item setup and shelf. Includes gathering of the TTB COLA information.

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proven strong analytical and technical skills
  • Bachelors Degree or commensurate experience
  • 1 year of relevant experience (minimum)

PREFERRED

  • Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
  • 2 years Hands on ERP experience
