Job Description/Responsibilities

The HR Shared Services Process Analyst will deliver process improvement solutions by leveraging appropriate tools, including Robotics Process Automation (RPA), to develop sustained improvements that help achieve the HR Service Delivery transformation. This includes responsibility for identifying problem statements, building business cases, executing projects, to automate and/or remove waste, defects, and unnecessary work, and building performance indicators to measure improvement. The role focuses on HR transformation strategic initiatives, productivity efforts, and projects to enable the new service delivery model and an enhanced team member experience.

 

  • Use Performance Development System (PDS) to enhance performance within the company through evaluation, planning, and goal execution. Strive to constantly develop oneself as a valuable asset through personal and professional growth and attention to the position’s outcomes. Support the widespread use of PDS and support company culture within the organization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains through ongoing analysis and feedback. Lead or participate in cross-functional process improvement projects and initiatives.  Solicit feedback from stakeholders and end-users to gather insights and recommendations for process enhancement. 
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline HR operations, reduce cycle times, and enhance service delivery. Design standardized workflows, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across shared services functions.  Leverage technology and automation tools to optimize manual processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation. Conduct process mapping and documentation to capture current state processes, pain points, and areas of inefficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess business needs for process enhancements.
  • Establish quality standards and metrics to monitor and measure the performance of shared services processes. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess process adherence, accuracy, and effectiveness.  Identify root causes of errors or discrepancies and implement corrective actions to address them.
  • Develop training materials, work instructions, and documentation to support the implementation of new processes and procedures. Provide training and guidance to shared services and broader HR team members on updated processes and best practices. Ensure that process documentation is kept up-to-date and readily accessible to all stakeholders.

Utilize Career Development System (CDS) to identify training needs and design development curriculum, programs and content for the purpose of preparing for career opportunities within the company. Provide feedback to manager regarding on-the-job learning opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in business process methodology, governance, frameworks, or project management.
  • Experience in designing high performing business processes that are business focused and support enterprise-wide capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in HR shared services or HR operations transformation.
  • 5 years relevant experience (minimum)

PREFERRED

  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio) is a plus.
