As a Sr. Associate Brand Manager for RTDs, you will play a key role in executing brand strategies, activation plans, budgets, and new business development (NBD) initiatives for assigned categories and brands. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, DCOE, Operations, Finance, Compliance, agencies, trade partners, and suppliers to achieve business objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✔ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related role.
✔ Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
✔ Willingness to travel as needed for business objectives.
✔ Proficiency in technology and systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
✔ Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to interact across all levels of an organization.
