Job Description/Responsibilities

As a Sr. Associate Brand Manager for RTDs, you will play a key role in executing brand strategies, activation plans, budgets, and new business development (NBD) initiatives for assigned categories and brands. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, DCOE, Operations, Finance, Compliance, agencies, trade partners, and suppliers to achieve business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

📈 Strategic Execution & Business Growth

  • Support the execution of strategic and annual marketing plans, ensuring alignment with sales and profit objectives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of NBD opportunities that drive category and brand growth, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally to support brand growth, consumer engagement, and profitability in alignment with company goals.
  • Track progress against annual program plans, volume, and profit objectives/KPIs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

🎨 Marketing & Agency Collaboration

  • Support agency partnerships to deliver effective and efficient creative solutions, packaging, marketing materials, promotions, public relations, and media for assigned brands and projects.
  • Assist in the development, execution, and measurement of marketing activations that enhance brand presence and engagement.

📊 Data-Driven Decision Making & Process Optimization

  • Utilize data tools and analytics to measure and analyze progress, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the team in creating action plans to address performance gaps and optimize brand strategies.
  • Prioritize key initiatives and ensure alignment with Business Category Strategic Plans (BCSPs).

🚀 Project & Resource Management

  • Establish and maintain clear priorities for yourself and project teams, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Ensure roles, updates, and priorities are well-communicated and projects stay on track.
  • Use the PPT system to provide updates and ensure transparency in project execution.

🎯 Professional Development & Growth

  • Utilize the PDS system to identify opportunities for continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Develop and follow a structured action plan to build new skills and experiences that align with career goals.
  • Use the CDS system to guide and track professional growth and development.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related role.

Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel as needed for business objectives.
Proficiency in technology and systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to interact across all levels of an organization.
Project management or implementation experience in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
Budgeting, planning, and financial analysis experience.
1+ year of experience in New Business Development.
1+ year of experience managing an Advertising Agency.

Physical Requirements:

🚗 Valid driver’s license for travel as needed.
🏡 Ability to work remotely when required.
🔍 Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality execution.

 

Placement within the salary range is calculated based upon years of directly relatable experience for the position
