Job Description/Responsibilities

Bio: Intern will assist the HR team with developing and updating of reports, maintaining employee files, processing invoice reimbursement, recruiting, University relations, conducting audits of HR files, data analysist and HR systems maintenance.

 

  • Ensure effective communication between Sazerac HR Team, employees and candidates to help drive a world class experience in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Assist the HR team with developing and updating of reports, maintaining employee files, processing invoice reimbursement, recruiting, University relations, conducting audits of HR files, data analysist and HR systems maintenance.
  • Understand the company's vision and be willing to develop himself/herself during the internship.
  • Ensure that a prioritized PDS plan is established which includes ownership, commitment, and ongoing documentation of progress towards skill development.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements

MUST

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
  • Self-motivated, innovative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
