Job Description/Responsibilities

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for administrative functions in the Craft Bottling Departments, related to the Blanton’s and Sazerac Barrel Select label preparation process; tracks upcoming production needs, tracks component inventories, prepares components for the production teams in accordance with the production schedules, and coordinates tasks for a small team of temporary employees.

Qualifications

  • Successful candidate must have an undergraduate degree (or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Strong oral & written communication
  • Planning and organizational skills

  • Mathematical skills

  • Analytical, technical, and have problem solving skills

  • Must have a strong computer acumen

  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft office products  

  • Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred

  • APICS Certification or Six Sigma Certifications are a plus
