Lead the sales and operations planning process for Sazerac’s aged spirits portfolio. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop brand-level long-range forecasts and translate those into comprehensive supply plans. Partner with the Sazerac CITE team, internal distilleries, third-party distilleries, and key stakeholders to ensure aged spirits are available to meet long-term demand. Establish and maintain effective processes and systems to support the planning and execution of these strategic supply initiatives.
Lead aged spirits planning, collaborating with Sales and Marketing on long-term forecasts by brand.
Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand and strategic growth goals.
Coordinate with internal teams, third-party distilleries, and warehousing to ensure product availability.
Provide direction on barrel usage, draining plans, and bottling alignment.
Support financial planning with accurate inventory and production forecasts.
Enhance tools and processes for aged spirits tracking and strategic planning.
Guide planning personnel and contribute to a high-performing, growth-focused team culture.
Partner with allocation managers to manage supply constraints and protect key brand availability.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Quick learner with strong systems/process aptitude
Preferred:
MBA
5 years of experience with manufacturing systems (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
Additional:
Must be able to travel up to 25%
Valid passport required
