Job Description/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team member inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other HR matters.

  • Provide timely and accurate support to team members, managers, and HR colleagues, ensuring inquiries are resolved or escalated with a warm handoff and exceptional customer service.

  • Manage key team member lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job transfers, compensation changes, offboarding, and position management.

  • Accurately process HR transactions (e.g., new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and other data changes) in compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of team member data within HR systems.

  • Partner with COEs to support team members in areas such as benefits enrollment, payroll inquiries, paycheck discrepancies, tax withholding, and direct deposit setup.

  • Collaborate with payroll to resolve processing errors and discrepancies.

  • Maintain compliance with confidentiality requirements and federal, state, and local labor laws, ensuring proper documentation and secure handling of sensitive team member information.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

  • Utilize the Career Development System (CDS) to identify training needs, design development content, and provide feedback to managers regarding learning opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must Have:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and related office software

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
