Bio: The Senior Government Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance and operational accuracy related to spirits processing, inventory control, and reporting with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). This role ensures all documentation—including Processing Reports, Bottling Records, and Bills of Lading (BOLs)—is complete, accurate, and audit-ready. Key responsibilities include supporting audits through verification of tax rates on bottled products and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate records of both bulk and case goods inventory, and supporting physical inventory activities to ensure product integrity and stockroom accuracy. This position also manages and submits TTB Form 5110.28 (Processing Operations Report) and facilitates timely payment of Federal Excise Taxes (FET) using Form 5000.24A on a semi-monthly basis. The Specialist ensures ongoing compliance with TTB regulations and company policies related to personal safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards. Additionally, the Specialist manages all inventory in the Bonded Case Goods Warehouse, ensures records match quantities on hand, prepares import payment documents, coordinates with Processing for timely bulk product unloading, and ensures compliance with U.S. customs regulations.
