Bottling Coordinator

The Bottling Coordinator reconciles daily production, enters bottling in ERP and cross-trained to handle bulk processing entry. Assist in maintaining records and provides communication support with vendors regarding equipment needs and problem resolutions.

• Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the bottling line to meet production targets.  
• Monitor the equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.  
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.  
• Collaborate with Quality Control to uphold product quality standards.  
• Manage inventory levels of bottles, caps, labels, and other packaging materials.  
• Document production data and prepare reports on efficiency, downtime, and quality metrics.    

• Ability to project a professional image
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Detail Oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work 8 hour shift
• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting
• In-person job attendance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read and write
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Noise level at work station is moderate (business office with computer printers)
