Job Description/Responsibilities

Lead and support all maintenance activities including bottling lines, facility, grounds and special projects. Organize workload for hourly technicians and manage work quality for areas of responsibility. Responsible for anticipating and communicating relevant issues to manager and for keeping machinery runtime at optimum level. Effectively communicate interdepartmentally to ensure highest machine efficiency.

 

Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule working on our night crew (5:45pm – 6am)

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST

  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Requires Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • 3 years relevant experience (minimum)

PREFERRED

  • Apprenticeship program, technical school, or associate’s degree
  • 12 months Continuous growth in each position
  • 3 years Supervisory experience
  • 3 years hands on electrical experience, Allen Bradley PLC programming and hardware experience, equipment trouble shooting experience
