Located in Pilot Point, Texas, Western Son Distillery operates out of a historic, repurposed factory just north of the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Western Son Distillery is looking for a hands-on Quality Supervisor to lead food safety and quality systems in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. This role is central to building a strong culture of quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with operations to continuously improve processes. You’ll have a direct impact on product integrity, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance while developing a high-performing quality team.

The annual salary range for this role is $77,000 to $96,000 yearly. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
