Job Description/Responsibilities

The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting smooth warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for tracking materials, performing inventory audits, and ensuring data integrity across systems. You’ll work closely with operations, shipping, and production teams to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and system updates
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies across warehouse and production areas
  • Support receiving, storage, and movement of materials to ensure proper tracking and control
  • Partner with operations, shipping, and supply chain teams to improve inventory processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory control standards

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accurate data and records
  • Proficiency with inventory systems, ERP/WMS platforms, and Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and continuous improvement practices

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a warehouse or production environment
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed

The hourly range for this role is $28 to $35 hourly. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
