Job Description/Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Technician, you'll play an essential role in keeping our production and distribution operations moving safely and efficiently. You'll operate forklifts to transport materials, load and unload deliveries, and ensure inventory is organized and available to support production. Shifts: 

Shift A works Sunday - Tuesday (6:00AM – 6:00PM) and Wednesdays (6AM – 12PM).

Shift B works Sunday night - Tuesday night (6:00PM – 6:00AM), and Wed (6PM – 12AM Thur).

Shift C works Thursday - Saturday, (6:00AM – 6:00PM) and Wed (12:00PM – 6:00PM).

Shift D works Thursday - Saturday nights, (6:00PM – 6:00AM), and Thur (12:00AM – 6:00AM).

 

1st/2nd/3rd shifts:

1st - 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday - Friday

2nd - 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monay - Friday

3rd –10:00pm – 6:30am, Sunday - Thursday

 

 

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging throughout the facility.
  • Load, unload, stage, organize, and consolidate materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production schedules.
  • Perform daily forklift inspections, identify equipment concerns, and follow all OSHA, GMP, and company safety procedures.
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse and staging areas while ensuring workspaces remain free of hazards and obstructions.
  • Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to meet daily operational goals.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
  • Experience safely operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts and moving materials in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and 12-hour shifts as business needs require.

Preferred

  • Experience with inventory movement, pallet staging, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations, GMPs, PPE requirements, and Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
  • Previous experience working in a food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely move materials throughout the facility.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and operate industrial equipment throughout a 12-hour shift.
  • Regular, reliable on-site attendance is required, with overtime as needed to support business demands.

The hourly rate for this role is $20.39 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential available for eligible night shift positions.
