As a CI Engineer, you’ll lead efforts to improve how work gets done—making processes faster, smarter, and more reliable across the site. This role blends hands-on engineering with change leadership, giving you the chance to influence both operations and culture. You’ll use data, lean principles, and equipment reliability practices to deliver measurable results and long-term improvements. It’s an opportunity to drive real impact while building leadership and technical expertise in a highly collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and implement sustainable solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve line performance and streamline operations
• Facilitate training, coaching, and workshops to build continuous improvement capabilities across teams
• Support process documentation, standardization, and the successful implementation of new equipment and systems
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
Preferred:
• 2+ years of experience driving change in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment
• Experience with process design, implementation, and optimization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems

The annual salary range for this role is $87,000-$108,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
