About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for both hourly manufacturing and salaried roles across assigned plants

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to Plant Leadership, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners—bringing market insights, workforce trends, and innovative sourcing strategies to help attract and hire top talent in a competitive labor market.

You’ll own the entire recruiting lifecycle—from intake to offer—while building strong pipelines for critical production roles, skilled trades, and professional positions. This role requires the ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience to ensure plants are staffed to meet production demands.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring) for both hourly and salaried roles
  • Partner closely with Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, and Site HR to understand workforce needs, production demands, and hiring priorities
  • Develop and execute high-volume recruiting strategies for roles such as production technicians, operators, and skilled trades, while also supporting salaried hiring
  • Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, community partnerships, job fairs, and local networking
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs, including ramp-ups and seasonal demand
  • Support and participate in onsite hiring events, interview days, and community outreach initiatives
  • Provide local labor market insights, competitor intelligence, and talent trends to influence hiring decisions
  • Deliver a consistent, efficient, and engaging candidate experience, with a focus on speed-to-hire
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline health) to optimize performance
  • Identify and lead process improvements and TA initiatives to enhance efficiency, employer branding, and candidate experience

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or both), preferably supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume environments

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to act as a strategic talent advisor supporting critical manufacturing operations
  • Direct impact on plant performance and production success
  • High visibility with plant leadership and HR partners
