BuzzBallz is seeking a driven Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead process optimization and productivity initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role focuses on improving safety, quality, service, cost, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and driving sustainable change. The Continuous Improvement Engineer partners with operations, quality, and technical teams to enhance performance, reduce waste, and build efficient, standardized processes that support long-term growth.
