Job Description/Responsibilities

The Part-Time Food & Beverage Associate supports a positive visitor experience by providing friendly, high-quality service in tasting and dining areas. This role focuses on serving food and beverages, assisting guests, and maintaining clean, well-stocked spaces while following safety and service standards.

 

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
  • Support tasting experiences and help manage visitor flow
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels
  • Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs
  • Promote guest engagement and collect/update visitor contact information
  • Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Assist with incident reporting and guest safety when needed
  • Provide feedback to improve operations and guest experience

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and non-traditional hours

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of hospitality experience

Culture and Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $17.63 - $22.04. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
