Welcome to Barton 1792 Distillery, Barton Brands of Kentucky. Our proud heritage dates back to 1879 with the founding of the Tom Moore Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Step into a hands-on leadership role at the core of our distillery operations, where you’ll lead people, processes, and production that define the Barton 1792 Distillery team. This role puts you on the floor driving performance, quality, and safety across a high-impact operation. You’ll have real ownership, from shaping daily output to influencing long-term investments, all while developing a large, skilled team. What You’ll Do:
• Lead & develop team members across the distillery, setting the standard for performance, safety, and pride in product
• Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure production runs efficiently and meets quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and partner with engineering to boost efficiency and reduce waste
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and compliance efforts, ensuring accurate data, strong performance, and adherence to regulations
• Support long-term planning, including capital investments, while maintaining control of inventory and operational readiness
Shift: 7:00pm-7:00am on 2,2,3 schedule
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of related manufacturing or production experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a team-based environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
Preferred:
• 3+ years of supervisory/technical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Managing in a union environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, GMP, and HACCP principles with strong planning and organizational skills

The annual salary range for this role is $81,572 - $122,358. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
