The Maintenance Supervisor will be an onsite position on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with the hours of 6:45am-7pm EST. You will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, maximizing production uptime, and upholding safety and quality standards. This role will be supervising a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and will be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives that support operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.

The annual salary range for this role is $83631.42 - $104539.28. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
