Job Description/Responsibilities

Join our team as a Shipping Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently from our facility to customers. This role offers hands-on experience with warehouse systems, logistics coordination, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be at the center of daily operations—solving problems, improving processes, and helping ensure shipments go out accurately and on time. It’s a great opportunity to build logistics expertise and grow within a dynamic distribution setting.

 

What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate outbound shipments using WMS, including carrier check-in, dock assignment, and order verification
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, and manifests
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely loading and resolve scheduling changes
• Assign and support forklift crews with loading, staging, and outbound order tasks
• Track shipping performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and support continuous process improvements

 

Shift: Monday through Friday; 6:00am-2:30pm

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills across teams

 

Preferred:
• Experience with WMS or other manufacturing systems (ERP, MRP, MPS)
• Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beverage industry
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and contribute to process improvements

The hourly pay rate range for this role is $25.11. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
