Job Description/Responsibilities

Join Sazerac in a critical Supply Chain Control Specialist role supporting Oracle ERP integrations across our supply chain systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, real-time data flow across inventory, order, and procurement processes. You’ll partner cross-functionally to identify and resolve system discrepancies, helping maintain data integrity, improve service levels, and support operational performance. What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor system integrations between Oracle ERP and connected applications to ensure data accuracy
  • Investigate discrepancies impacting inventory, orders, and procurement processes
  • Support issue resolution and escalate risks impacting service levels or financial accuracy
  • Partner with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Customer Service teams to resolve data issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes supporting system reliability and data integrity

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, ERP systems, or data analysis
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred; SAP, JD Edwards, or similar acceptable)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and assess business impact
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams

Preferred:

  • Exposure to inventory management, order processing, or procurement workflows
  • Basic understanding of system integrations or data flows between systems
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments (operations, IT, finance)

The annual salary range for this role is $54,758.40 - $82,137.60. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
