Job Description/Responsibilities

Join Sazerac as a Customer Service Representative supporting our Canada business. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional service delivery. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving order-related issues, and supporting uninterrupted product flow in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering best-in-class customer support.


What You’ll Do:

  • Process customer orders accurately and maintain customer account information
  • Partner with internal teams and distributors to resolve order and shipment issues
  • Support uninterrupted product flow by coordinating closely with operations and supply chain teams
  • Deliver responsive, professional customer service to both external and internal partners
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with process improvements to enhance service levels

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, operations, or a fast-paced business environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work full-time onsite


Preferred:

  • Experience with manufacturing, ERP, or order management systems
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), beverage, or related industries
  • Strong analytical and customer relationship management skills

The annual salary range for this role is $64,115 - $96.173 (Canadian).. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
