Job Description/Responsibilities

Processing Technicians are responsible for blending, batching, filtering, transferring, and preparing products to meet bottling schedules using approved formulas and specifications. Manages inventory, tank readings, bulk receiving, and documentation for lab approval. Ensures safety, quality control, and workplace cleanliness.

 

Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule | Night shift (5:45 PM – 6:00 AM)

 

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety, quality, food safety, and environmental standards; report incidents promptly; support inspections/investigations; and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service by ensuring spirits are supplied on time and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Operate and improve blending, batching, filtering, and production processes while following SOPs, HACCP, GMPs, and company procedures to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Support operational excellence by improving KPI performance, reducing waste and costs, managing inventory, and collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrate company values through strong teamwork, positive workplace contributions, continuous skill development, and achievement of performance and career growth goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 + years of relevant experience (minimum)
  • At least 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of processing and batching operations

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

The hourly rate for this role is $24.30. There is a $2 shift differential.
