Job Description/Responsibilities

Step into a fast-paced, high-visibility position supporting the CFO and Finance/IT leadership. As the Finance & IT Operations Specialist, you’ll drive operational excellence, streamline leadership workflows, and ensure the CFO and senior leaders stay aligned, informed, and operating at peak effectiveness. This is a role for a polished, trusted professional who can turn complexity into clarity—and keep mission-critical priorities moving.

 

What You’ll Lead

  • Turn complex information into crisp, actionable insights for executive audiences.
  • Manage CFO priorities, operating cadence, and strategic time allocation.
  • Oversee procurement, contracting coordination, documentation governance, and expense workflows.
  • Maintain Finance/IT calendars, records, compliance deadlines, and approval processes.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison across Finance, IT, and key stakeholders.
  • Anticipate risks, remove bottlenecks, and elevate operational performance.
  • Own leadership rhythms—agendas, materials, follow-ups, and accountability tracking.
  • Coordinate financial briefings, audit/lender meetings, offsites, and executive reviews.
  • Prepare high-integrity presentations, memos, and communications for the CFO and senior audiences.
  • Lead logistics for Finance/IT meetings, leadership offsites, and corporate events.

Qualifications/Requirements

What You Bring

  • 7+ years supporting C-Suite or senior executives.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, manage sensitive matters, and operate with discretion.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and executive presence.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience improving workflows, governance, or operational processes.
  • (Preferred) Experience within Finance or large corporate functions
