Job Description/Responsibilities

Help Drive Critical Finance Operations Across a Global Business

 

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Coordinator & Research Analyst to support key Finance functions, including Treasury, Tax, Risk, and Cost Optimization. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys research, coordination, process improvement, and working across multiple teams. This position is onsite in Louisville, KY.

 

What You'll Do

  • Monitor regulatory and industry updates that may impact the business
  • Coordinate and track requests across Finance teams
  • Manage meetings, communications, action items, and project deliverables
  • Maintain organized documentation, policies, and SharePoint repositories
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting activities
  • Compile data and create reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications/Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in coordination, operations, administrative support, or analyst roles
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with SharePoint or document management systems is a plus
