Job Description/Responsibilities

The Global Supply Chain Planning Manager, BuzzBallz owns end-to-end demand and supply planning strategy aligned to revenue, service, and inventory goals. You will define and govern forecasting strategy tied to financial and growth targets, drive forward-looking demand projections, and translate market insights into actionable supply chain plans. You will also drive adoption and optimization of planning tools and technologies. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and executive leadership to ensure alignment across the organization and own the execution of the business unit sales and operations plan end-to-end across demand, supply, and executive cycles and partner with Supply Chain Planning Manager partners with the global sales and operations plan team to implement Sazerac sales and operations plan processes, tools and systems.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead global demand planning and forecasting, owning forecast accuracy, governance, and execution of the BuzzBallz sales and operations plan demand cycle across markets, customers, and product portfolios.
  • Drive cross-functional sales and operations plan alignment, partnering with commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and operations teams to translate demand forecasts into production and inventory plans.
  • Manage global supply and inventory planning, balancing service levels, inventory targets, working capital objectives, and production capacity across manufacturing facilities, co-packers, and distribution centers.
  • Provide strategic business insights and risk management, communicating demand and supply risks, presenting scenario-based recommendations, and supporting business impact modeling for promotions, product launches, and market changes.
  • Enhance planning capabilities and performance, improving forecasting methodologies, data quality, automation, analytics, governance, dashboards, and accountability to enable data-driven decision-making and stronger supply chain performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years sales and operations plan leadership experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or forecasting
  • Experience working within global supply chains and cross-functional organizations, supporting long term strategic production planning using business analytics to make informed decisions
  • Strong understanding of sales and operations plan/integrated business planning processes

 

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced degree

The annual salary range for this role is $116,000 - $175,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
