Job Description/Responsibilities

Join a fast-paced logistics team responsible for ensuring raw materials and finished goods move efficiently across our domestic and global supply chain network. As a Logistics Coordinator I, you will play a critical role in supporting transportation operations, optimizing service levels, and helping deliver products to customers safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, distribution, transportation partners, and customer-facing teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
  • Partner with internal teams, customers, carriers, and distribution partners to support transportation execution and service excellence
  • Monitor transportation performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support cost-saving initiatives
  • Analyze logistics data and KPIs to improve service levels, optimize network performance, and reduce transportation costs
  • Support continuous improvement projects focused on process efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supply chain effectiveness

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Preferred

  • Experience within the alcohol beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, or distribution industries
  • Experience using transportation management systems (TMS), Oracle, Blue Yonder, or similar logistics platforms
  • Global supply chain or international logistics experience

The hourly compensation range for this role is $32.36 - $48.55 for 2026. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
