Job Description/Responsibilities

Join our Supply Chain team and play a critical role in ensuring products are available where and when our customers need them. As an Inventory Planner, you will manage inventory across customer warehouses, control states, and Sazerac-owned facilities while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory performance, improve supply chain efficiency, and support exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact by driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels, reduce costs, and support business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inventory across customer warehouses, control states, and Sazerac-owned facilities to maximize product availability and minimize out-of-stock events.
  • Build strong partnerships with wholesalers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective inventory planning and exceptional service.
  • Analyze inventory performance and identify opportunities to improve replenishment strategies, warehouse processes, and overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs, optimize inventory management, and improve operational performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and leverage data and reporting tools to drive informed business decisions and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, priority-setting, and time management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Self-starter with strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

  • 1+ year of experience supporting monthly inventory and accounting close processes
  • 1+ year of experience in the alcohol beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or manufacturing industry
  • Experience with inventory planning, ERP systems, and using data to drive continuous improvement

The hourly range for this role is $28.54 - $42.81. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
