Job Description/Responsibilities

Join a hands-on production team where quality, safety, and teamwork drive everything we do. As a Utility Operator, you’ll play a key role in the production, bottling, and shipping of spirits by operating essential equipment and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role offers the opportunity to build skills across multiple areas of manufacturing while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate production, bottling, filtering, and material handling equipment to support the safe and efficient production and shipment of spirits.
  • Ensure products are produced according to specifications by following SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures at all times.
  • Support bottling and warehouse operations through cross-training and collaboration across departments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while reporting safety concerns, accidents, and near misses immediately.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve bottling line performance, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to operate industrial equipment and safely

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
