Where History Grows
For over 200 years, Buffalo Trace Distillery has stood on the banks of the Kentucky River — a National Historic Landmark, a working distillery, and home to an arboretum that welcomes visitors from around the world. Our grounds aren't just landscaping; they're part of the guest experience at one of the most-awarded distilleries on earth, with seven Distillery of the Year titles and 150+ awards for our premium whiskies.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on horticultural leader to keep our grounds and arboretum in show condition every day of the year. As Homeplace Horticultural Supervisor, you'll lead a versatile grounds team, own seasonal planning and the daily work order system, and play a direct role in our pursuit of botanical garden accreditation. If you take pride in a landscape that thousands of guests photograph every week — and in developing the team that makes it happen — this is your role.
