Job Description/Responsibilities

Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule (Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days and will have a three day weekend every other week). 

Hours: 6:45am - 7pm

 

As the Warehouse Receiving Lead in New Albany, IN, you would be responsible for leading the receiving operations including, truck unloading, inventory management, and forklift operations. In this role, you will oversee inbound inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, shipment verification, and quality control of incoming products. You would also coordinate with the materials coordinator team inbound appointments and supporting unloading. This position will manage dry components inventory like PET bottles, caps, labels, corrugated components, etc. while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. 

 

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse workflows to ensure efficient movement of materials and timely receiving processing.
  • Support inventory accuracy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and meet production goals.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by maintaining clean work areas and ensuring proper use and upkeep of warehouse equipment and assigned property.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent 
  • Working knowledge of ms office products (word, excel and outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
  • Bachelor's degree
