Job Description/Responsibilities

As a Global Tax Analyst, you’ll gain exposure to U.S. federal, state and international taxation while partnering across Finance, Tax, and global business teams. You’ll work on meaningful tax matters—from quarterly and annual tax provisions to cross-border transactions and special projects—while helping improve the processes and technology that support a growing global organization.

This is an opportunity to expand your tax expertise, work alongside experienced tax professionals, and see how tax strategy connects to the broader business. This position is hybrid with 3 days per week in office in Louisville, KY.

What You’ll Do

  • Support U.S. federal, state and international tax compliance, tax provision, quarterly reporting, year-end close, and related information reporting.
  • Research U.S. and international tax matters and evaluate the tax implications of cross-border transactions, intercompany activity, business initiatives, and entity structures.
  • Assist with tax forecasting, effective tax rate analysis, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting to Finance and Tax leadership.
  • Partner with global Finance teams and external tax advisors to gather information, resolve issues, and support key tax initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for auditors and help maintain accurate tax documentation and supporting workpapers.
  • Monitor tax legislation and regulatory developments and help assess their potential business impact.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tax processes, technology, data quality, and overall efficiency.
  • Contribute to special projects that provide exposure to broader tax and business initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax principles.
  • Strong analytical, technical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to integrate multiple tools and sources of information to solve problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones.
