Job Description/Responsibilities

As the Brand Portfolio Manager – South America you will be responsible for driving the growth of Sazerac's portfolio across Chile, Argentina, Brazil, with a focus on priority brands including Fireball, Buffalo Trace, and BuzzBallz. This role owns the end-to-end development and execution of regional brand strategies—from commercialization planning and innovation launches through in-market execution and performance tracking. The successful candidate will partner closely with distributors, Global Brand teams, Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, and regional leadership to ensure global strategies are translated into locally relevant plans that drive distribution, consumer demand, and profitable growth.

 

You will serves as the primary marketing partner for distributor organizations, influencing commercial decisions, execution standards, and investment priorities while ensuring accountability against agreed business objectives.

 

This position requires a highly collaborative leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent project management skills, and a bias for execution across multiple markets and brands simultaneously.

 

This position is a hybrid role based in our Coral Gables, Florida location.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the execution of campaigns on assigned categories/brands from concept to perfect in-store execution, making global strategies locally relevant. For managed brands/projects, develop marketing activation plans, budgets, standards, channel & pricing strategy and ensure plan is executed to reach sales and profit objectives. Identify and see through to completion areas to save money, improve efficiency and add value to the company.
  • Localize Global Marketing tool kits and brand strategies, ensuring alignment with Global Brand strategies.
  • Lead and/or support the management of agency efforts, both internally and in partnership with global distributors, in delivering effective & efficient creative solutions, packaging, marketing materials, promotion, public relations and media for assigned category/brand programs.
  • Support the execution of company process to concept, plan, develop, launch and successfully execute new products that drive growth. Navigate new projects through internal cross-functional teams and processes leading to on-time & on budget delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of brand management, commercial marketing, or portfolio management experience.
  • Speaks English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus
  • Strong commercial, analytical, financial, budgeting, and marketing skills, with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Proven project management, organizational, prioritization, and cross-functional commercialization skills across multiple brands and markets.
  • Experience managing agencies, distributors, customers, commercial partners, and marketing budgets.

Preferred:

  • MBA
  • Beverage alcohol/CPG, including distributor and three-tier business models.
  • Launching products across multiple markets and managing international or regional portfolios.
  • Building business cases and evaluating commercial opportunities.

The annual salary range for this role is $72,000 - $108,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
