  • Respond to maintenance requests and urgent facility issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and safety systems to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas while following company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Work with internal teams and contractors to coordinate maintenance activities, support facility projects, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Preferred

  • Experience performing preventative maintenance and responding to maintenance issues in a manufacturing, warehouse, food and beverage, or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with OSHA requirements, safety procedures, work order systems, and continuous improvement practices.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb stairs and ladders, and work in various positions throughout the facility.
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to noise, wet or humid conditions, varying temperatures, and moving equipment.
