Job Description/Responsibilities

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Manufacturing is 2-year leadership development program designed to provide exposure across areas of the manufacturing, with leadership development experiences based on business needs and available opportunities.

The program provides an outstanding opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our industry and develop skills to lead teams and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. 

Potential Development Experiences in the Rotation:

  • Bottling
  • Processing
  • Maintenance
  • Distribution/Warehouse

Specific rotations, assignments, timing, and responsibilities are subject to business needs and may vary throughout the program. Participation in a particular area or rotation is not guaranteed

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Gain experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment while developing your leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive performance by implementing ideas and solutions to challenges within that area.
  • Analyze information and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Apply problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills to real-world business challenges.
  • Experience different shifts such as 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts and /or union and non-union environments.
  • Participating in development opportunities are designed to build your technical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications/Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are leaders, curious, driven, analytical, and eager to learn. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Required:

  • Candidates completing a Bachelor’s or Masters in an engineering discipline between May 2027 and August 2027 are eligible
  • GPA 3.0 or above
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for active learning
  • Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Willingness to relocate

 

PREFERRED

  • Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
  • Relevant experience such as a prior internship or co-op

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to pay attention to detail
