Job Description/Responsibilities

The Label Coordinator keeps production moving by ensuring the right labels are prepared, delivered, counted, and properly returned to inventory. This role works closely with production, warehouse, and internal teams while supporting accurate label inventory and incoming shipments. The position is a great fit for someone who enjoys a hands-on, detail-focused manufacturing environment and can manage multiple priorities while providing dependable support to the team.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare production work orders with the correct labels and deliver labels to production lines.

  • Verify label counts, return unused labels to inventory, and receive and check in incoming label shipments.

  • Receive and distribute incoming UPS/FedEx packages and support the Material Assistant as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with production and other teams to resolve label or material needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Preferred

  • Experience working with production labels, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material coordination.

  • Experience operating industrial equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds

The hourly rate for this role is $19.24 - $28.87. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
