The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to help improve the efficiency and reliability of our bottling lines. This hands-on role supports the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and electrical systems. You’ll work with PLCs, MCCs, motors, variable speed drives, and other electrical and mechanical equipment while supporting preventative maintenance and continuous production operations.

What You’ll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, MCCs, motors, conduit, wiring, and electrical equipment on 480-volt, 3-phase systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals, drawings, and equipment documentation.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic control systems, including variable speed drives, electric eyes, relays, and PLCs; read ladder logic and manipulate PLC programs as needed.
• Install, inspect, adjust, clean, maintain, fabricate, assemble, and disassemble machinery, equipment, fixtures, piping, and related systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities and complete required maintenance documentation.

Required

• Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or Industrial Electrical.
• Experience with PLCs and MCCs, including reading ladder logic, troubleshooting PLC issues, and manipulating programs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
• Must be able to install, troubleshoot, and maintain conduit, wiring, motors, and electrical equipment on 480-volt, 3-phase systems.

Preferred

• Experience installing and troubleshooting variable speed drives and electronic control systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing or bottling environment.
