Job Description/Responsibilities

As the Global Manager - Digital, CRM & AI Strategy, you will support the evolution and execution of Sazerac's global direct to consumer approach across Digital, CRM and AI-enabled content production and automation, as well as its integration with Sazerac Homeplaces and physical branded experiences. This role translates strategic priorities into integrated digital, CRM, Content and AI roadmaps, ensuring scalable execution, measurable business impact, and continuous optimization across a multi-brand portfolio in the US and priority Global markets.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop integrated digital frameworks and methods across DTC workstreams including e-commerce, SEO/AIO, content, CRM and UX.
  • Integrate Digital Approaches with Homeplaces and physical Branded Experiences.
  • Develop CRM activities that improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value across the DTC ecosystem.
  • Ensure CRM initiatives are integrated with broader digital, media and content approach.
  • Lead the adoption of AI across DTC content production, identifying opportunities to improve speed, quality, scale and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to internal capability building by promoting best practice across digital marketing, CRM and AI across the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in digital marketing with demonstrable strong progression from execution into strategic thinking and leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior managers and director level leadership.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global organization across multiple brands and functions.
  • Proven experience developing integrated digital strategies and tactics across e-commerce, paid media, SEO/AEI, CRM, and content within a multi-brand environment.
  • Experience developing CRM strategies and plans including customer lifecycle management, segmentation, personalization and marketing automation.
  • Experience with AI applications across digital marketing, including ai search optimization (AEO), AI-assisted content production and workflow automation in brand and consumer discovery.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo or Salesforce, consumer data platforms (CDPS), first-party data tactics and audience management.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating complex performance data into strategic recommendations.
  • Platform experience including Shopify, WordPress, Google analytics 4, Google search console, Brightedge (or equivalent), CRM platforms and major paid media platforms.

The annual salary range for this role is $93,000 - $140,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
