  • Lead assigned employees throughout the shift while providing direction, coaching, and support to maintain safe and productive operations.
  • Complete and verify required production and quality documentation, including startup checklists and label verification.
  • Monitor line performance, quality, and safety while identifying and addressing issues that may impact production or product quality.
  • Support troubleshooting, changeovers, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and support the line’s zero-loss goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, bottling, packaging, or related environment.
  • Previous experience operating or supporting automated production or packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lead, train, and provide direction to employees while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Preferred:

  • Previous lead or team leadership experience in a manufacturing, bottling, packaging, food, beverage, or CPG environment.
  • Experience with bottling line equipment, changeovers, quality checks, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, or other continuous improvement practices.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, and climb throughout a 12-hour shift.
  • Ability to work safely around moving mechanical equipment and in a manufacturing environment with exposure to wet conditions and loud noise while wearing required PPE.
  • Regular, reliable, in-person attendance is required. Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and 12-hour shifts based on business needs.
