Job Description/Responsibilities

Join Sazerac's Engineering team as a Reliability Engineer, where you'll play a key role in improving equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness across our manufacturing network. You'll partner with Maintenance teams and other departments to support line acceleration initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen manufacturing processes. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, service, cost, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) while helping our facilities achieve performance goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead maintenance-related initiatives across the manufacturing network to improve equipment, reliability and operational performance.
  • Partner with network Maintenance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve equipment/ process issues, develop effective standards, and support maintenance and operational assessments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, service, cost, increased MTBF while driving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Maintain and expand the use of CMMS software across manufacturing locations, including adding new facilities to the system.
  • Monitor network performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve maintenance effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their application in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical, technical, planning, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or process industry, including relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience driving organizational change, with a demonstrated record of successful leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move throughout manufacturing facilities and between worksites to perform job responsibilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

The annual salary range for this role is $107,359 - $161,039. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
