Job Description/Responsibilities

The Order Entry coordinator is responsible for:

  • entering customer orders
  • maintaining customer cross reference files
  • working directly with customers as well as customer service to resolve order entry issues
  •  shipping allocations
  • pick notes
  • issuing bills of ladings
  • Working closely with distributors, the shipping department, and fellow employees to ensure excellent customer service is provided
  • entering purchase orders and receipts for non stock/ R&M orders  

 

Qualifications/Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 years relevant experience in a fast paced environment

 

PREFERRED:

  • Exp in Manuf software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
  • Exp in the alcoholic beverage industry
  • Undergraduate Degree
