Job Description/Responsibilities


Position: Regional Trade Marketing Manager – North East Region

Region: New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island

As the Regional Trade Marketing Manager, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following priorities:

  • Work with local state and division managers to ensure appropriate resourcing and programming against (up to) the top 5 brand priorities within each state of the division
  • Build brand state and country priorities by working with local sales team to localize national programs and craft/resource locally led trade marketing programs including sourcing/purchasing materials where needed
  • Utilize performance development system to identify places for self- improvement in order to improve effectiveness at job and achieve goals
  • Work with brand team to ensure all locally crafted programs, materials, etc. are on brand strategy and that brand standards, information and tools are being used in priority accounts, etc.
  • Manage agency work on brand projects and programs, ensure execution against activity calendar and act as liaison between agency and sales team where needed. Also manage agency work on all assigned new business development projects
  • Gather qualitative feedback on all programming, measure for effectiveness and share best practices with peer group and brand teams
  • Manage and lead execution around key tasting events that build our brands accordingly to brand standards



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years relevant sales/marketing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Wine and spirits industry experience
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong planning and organizational skills



  • MBA
  • Experience in New Business Development
  • 5 - 10 years relevant experience
