Job Description/Responsibilities

Position: Director – National Accounts, On-Premise

Location: U.S. - Near metro airport

 

As our Director National Accounts, On-Premise, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following priorities:

  • Contribute to Sazerac overall growth through brand growth in identified national on premise accounts.
  • Identify appropriate national on premise accounts for each priority brand and ensure team has appropriate coverage and penetration. Develop presentations and secure distribution and promotional activity. Work closely with sales teams to gather state pricing and distribution information and execution/compliance performance.
  • Execute corporate strategic plans for our portfolio across appropriate on premise national accounts. Includes Sazerac well program, whiskey portfolio - including BT, Eagle Rare, Blanton's, 1792, Southern Comfort and Fireball. Agave portfolio including Del Maguey, Corazon, Monte Alban, Montezuma, and other well brands.
  • Build and maintain great relationships and secure great execution in key on premise national accounts - as measured by sales drivers, Key Performance Indicators and program bulletins
  • Understand brand prioritization by state and customer for key brands. Work with sales and marketing team to gain alignment on expectations and work load balance for national account on premise execution. Set specific account target for defined focus Brand Country State Priorities.
  • Develop Key Performance Indiciators and identify systems and measurements to manage and report results. 

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 - 10 years relevant experience
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Experience managing national accounts
  • Experience with thee tier distribution system
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Supervisory experience
  • Willingness to travel

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
