Job Description/Responsibilities

Sazerac's Technical Rotation Program offers an exceptional opportunity to begin a career in engineering while also  gaining experiences in operational leadership roles. Through business-critical projects, you will gain a thorough understanding of our industry, develop your technical/professional skill sets all while directly contributing to company growth.



  • 2 year, 3+ rotation program involving multiple departments including: engineering/maintenance, bottling production, processing, and distilling.
  • Opportunity to lead projects/teams within multiple facilities
  • Professional development by senior Sazerac leadership
  • Continual feedback throughout rotational program




Required Qualifications

  •  Bachelors or Master's Degree in Engineering
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

  • Passion for learning and growing your engineering skill set
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Desire to lead teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Related coursework
