    Job Description/Responsibilities

    IT Customer Service Manager for Sazerac provides IT support to the customer service functional group. The IT Customer Service Manager for Sazerac is held accountable to, however not limited to:


    • Develop customer service processes and functionality in the ERP system to improve the efficiency, integrity and ease of use.
    • Help provide timely information regarding the process of managing inventory through queries, work flow controls and alerts.
    • Support customer service and IT by focusing on departmental and company priorities to make team members as efficient and productive as possible.
    • Keep track of all improvements made for customer service in the form of a measurable statistic.
    • Develop customer service processes and functionality in the ERP system to improve the efficiency, integrity and ease of use.
    • Streamline process of selecting, prioritizing, and implementing EDI vendors and transaction sets.
    • Work with customer service to make sure all pricing systems including EAPS, System21, and COGNOS are operating correctly, and providing the company with pricing goals.
    • Work with IT to include all customer service systems in backups, DR scenarios meeting data protection and recovery point goals.
    • Work with customer service and distribution centers to make sure WMS is properly integrating and used to full potential.
    • Support customer service initiatives and improve process performance.
    • Work with customer service to automate and/or improve processes and controls with the company systems.


    Required Qualifications:

    • 5 - 10 years relevant experience
    • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
    • Bachelor Degree in Business or commensurate experience
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems / processes
    • Excellent analytical and PC skills
    • Excellent oral & written communication skills
    • Experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
    • Must be a self-starter and able to work alone
    • Must be a team player
    • Willingness to travel

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • COGNOS experience
    • Alcoholic beverage industry
    • Development of query programs on AS400 or similar proficiency
    • Experience with System 21 ERP software
