    Job Description/Responsibilities

    This position will lead the department in blending, batching, filtering, transferring, calculating inventory tank readings, and preparation of all products to meet the bottling schedule using approved formulas and company specifications. Responsible for blending fixes and final approvals prior to bottling; bulk receiving and inventory management. Lead team to ensure safe operations, production of quality products, and the cleanliness of work areas.

    • Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
    • Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
    • Good vision and manual dexterity.
    • At least 21 years of age
    • High School diploma or GED equivalent
    • 2 years relevant experience (minimum)
    • Knowledge of processing/batching activities
    • Must be a team player
    • Demonstrated active learner with the ability to make independent observations, and "connect the dots".
    • Knowledge of processing/batching activities
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

    Preferred

    • Requires Experience in the food & beverage industry
    • Ability to operate Industrial equipment as required.
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 3-5 years of Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
    • Associates degree in a business related field
    • Record of successful leadership
    • Requires Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
