The successful candidate for the Quality Manager with Sazerac of Indiana, will be presented with the exciting opportunity to be a founding member of the plant leadership team, working closely with the Plant Manager and HR Manager to shape the culture of our newest manufacturing facility in the Sazerac network. Founded on the principles of servant leadership and continuous improvement, the leadership team will collaborate to build a great organization of technical operators and team leaders working to achieve our vision to create a manufacturing facility that will serve as a model for our entire network in culture, teamwork, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Specifically the Quality Manager will:
The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including supervision, and ISO/HACCP implementation/management experience. Excellent communication skills, strong analytical, planning and organizing skills, and solid computer skills are essential. APICS or Six Sigma certification preferred.
