    Job Description/Responsibilities

    The Distribution Dock Coordinator ensures the efficient checking in and out of trucks shipping finished goods to our customers from Buffalo Trace; uses the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to coordinate shipment of outbound orders; checks in drivers and assigns trailers; prepares and follows up on shipment paperwork; communicates with internal and external drivers to coordinate trailer loading; provides primary liaison and problem solving services related to loading outbound orders.



    Must Have

    • Minimum HS diploma or equivalent and 2 years relevant experience
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
    • Ability to multi-task and work closely with team members



    • 2 years relevant experience in a fast paced environment
    • Previous Alcoholic Beverage Industry compliance experience
    • Working experience with manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
    • Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry
